This single story beachfront villa, taken in its entirety for up to 6 guests, provides a sumptuous arrangement of open-air lounges, dining areas and bedrooms with plenty of personal living space. The glorious main veranda, a haven of plump-cushioned sofas in vivid yellow and pinks, is cooled by ocean breezes throughout the day. A new and enticing plunge pool provides further refreshment.

Casa del Sol can also be subdivided into a Presidential Suite, encompassing the main living areas and a large bedroom, and two completely independent Junior Suites. For two people traveling alone, these individual suites provide spacious accommodations with private ocean view terraces, and are highly desirable.

The spacious, air-conditioned bedroom of the Presidential Suite has a king bed and a confortable seating area. Large folding doors open onto a shady private patio with a breath-taking view of the Pacific.  The bathroom is decorated in hand-painted Mexican tiles and has a fantastic sunken tub, along with a spacious dressing area.  The colourful lounge area is decorated with Mexican artwork and includes a lounging area, a dining area, and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen.

Casa del Sol’s colorful Junior Suites are amongst our favorite accommodations at Las Alamandas. The spacious bedroom is now furnished with a king size bed piled high with cushions. Underneath, soft feather pillows and crisp cotton sheets are instantly inviting.  Comfortable chairs and a writing desk are arranged in the sitting area of the room, in front of the folding patio doors. Outside, a dining table and chairs have perfect views over the manicured gardens towards the beach, and the cushioned sofa encourages lengthy afternoon siestas. This is a great spot for breakfast, cocktails at sunset, or a very intimate dinner.

Many blissful hours can be spent reclining on the plump cushioned sofas of the Presidential Suite’s veranda, watching the powerful waves that break just a hundred feet or so from the terrace.  And behind the sliding patio doors there’s a cool-floored sanctuary with an impressive fully-equipped kitchen and airy living room – enough to make anyone feel at home in this remote paradise.

Casa del Domo shares the mile-long beachfront with Casa del Sol and Casa Isabel, and provides a luxurious retreat for two to four people. It is named for the shocking pink dome that crowns the single story villa, and the vibrant color scheme continues inside.  The villa can easily be divided into two separate units, each accommodating two people. Both suites have king size bed and private, ocean view terraces.

The Master Suite of Casa del Domo boasts a fully equipped kitchen and sunny living room, with oversized patio doors sliding open to reveal the Pacific vista.  The tranquil patio is inlaid with small pebbles in decorative motifs, each component placed by hand. Sultry afternoons can be spent here lounging on the outdoor sofas or drifting to sleep in the gently swaying hammock. A separate bedroom, with king size bed, also has its own terrace and a roomy tiled bathroom.

The King Suite has a large, oceanview terrace gained from sliding louver doors in the spacious bedroom. This suite also has a king size bed, tiled bathroom and refrigerator, plus a separate tv den.  The terrace of Casa del Domoo overlooks the unspoiled coastline stretching for miles south of Las Alamandas.

Nestled amidst the shady palm trees and spiky agave plants, this stunning villa is available for parties of up to four guests.  It is located directly by the ocean and includes two suites with king size bed.  Originally the private residence of Isabel Goldsmith, this Suite is decorated in her own choice of furnishings.

The spacious Master Suite has a king bed and comfortable sitting area. Large patio doors open onto a shaded terrace area, with stunning views to the ocean. The adjoining bathroom is also very spacious, colourfully decorated in hand-painted Mexican tiles, and with the trademark sunken bathtub.

A cacophony of intense colors provide inspiring decor in this stylish villa. Bright pinks combine with handpicked Mexican artworks and furniture to produce a very luxurious but authentic feel. Large sliding doors open onto the fantastic terrace area, commanding superb views across the gardens to the sea.

As an added bonus to the delightful living areas below, guests can enjoy a secluded roof terrace, with unrivalled panoramas of deserted beaches and tropical countryside.

The impressive private terrace features a comfortable lounging area with sofas and chairs, as well as an outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy a private lunch whilst admiring the spectacular views and crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean.

Casita San Antonio is the newest of Las Alamandas’ villas. The two suites have been designed with honeymooners in mind – the lower suite has a private outdoor Jacuzzi and the upper suite has a secluded roof terrace.  Each suite is beautifully furnished with a king bed and many special touches.

This single story villa lies adjacent to Casa Azul and is similarly decorated in shades of blue and white. The casita overlooks the gardens and La Plaza de los Delfines.

The bedroom, with king size bed, opens out onto a pretty patio with cushioned seating and dining furniture. There is also a cozy sitting area within the suite, complete with fresh flowers on your arrival.

The spacious and lavish bathroom features a large changing area, and a separate room with a wonderful sunken bathtub. The whole bathroom is decorated with lovely hand-painted Mexican tiles.

The spacious shaded patio area has a comfortable sofa, and a table with 2 chairs, providing a great place to enjoy lunch or afternoon drinks, which can be ordered from the restaurant.  Meanwhile, the private rooftop of Casita San Miguel is a fantastic place to sunbathe or relax with a good book. The King size day bed comes complete with pillows, and has great views through the palm trees to the ocean.

A stairway edged in pink and with risers of primary colors leads up the hillside from Plaza de los Delfines to Casa Azul. The three individual suites, each with private entrance, look out over the plaza and immaculate gardens of Las Alamandas. Towering palm trees shade the villa from the midday sun and a proliferation of the yellow alamandas flowers grow around the sunny patios.

The suites at Casa Azul are ideally suited for couples seeking privacy and exclusive surroundings. The roof top terrace of the master suite is particularly enticing.   The Master Suite in Casa Azul occupies the second floor of the villa and is reached via a private entrance door. A large open verandah offers comfortable outdoor living space, with cushioned sofas and dining furniture. Inside, the bedroom offers a king size bed and en suite bathroom complex that includes a dressing area, double vanity and archway through to a large tiled tub. An indoor living room opens onto the terrace with double patio doors.

A further flight of stairs leads up to the delightfully private roof top terrace, with views over the resort and towards the beaches.

The King and Junior Suite echo the color scheme of cool turquoise blue and are located on the first floor of the villa. Each has a private patio with dining furniture and garden views. Both suites have an indoor sitting area.
